The beloved author Judy Blume finally has a book adapted to the big screen. Tiger Eyes tells the story of a girl learning to cope with the grief of losing her father in a violent crime. Davey and her family relocate to New Mexico where she learns about loneliness, recovery and friendship.
Check out the trailer. It will be released this summer, June 7th. So if you haven't read this Blume classic, stop by your local library and check it out!
Hunger Games fans, I know you are as excited as I am about the film release of Catching Fire, the second book in the Suzanne Collins trilogy. Although we still must wait until November for the movie release, for now we can satisfy our Katniss craving by watching the new trailer.

We will display all photos plus award prizes by age group. Rules and entry forms are available at the Jenks Library or can be downloaded here. All photos will be on display July 9th-31st.
