Book: The
Singer of All Songs
Author: Kate Constable
Review: I loved this book! It is full of adventure, magic, friendship, and singing.
I reccomend this book to anyone!
Book: Slot
Machine
Author: Chris Lynch
Review: This is a very detailed style of book. Not inappropriate kind of detial,
just detailed. Explore how Elvin Bishop, a non-athletic teen, is forced to
attend a pre-school athletic camp for 3 weeks. Travel with him as he goes from
slot to slot, or is there a true slot for Elvin? Sorta slow, but in the end,
its worth it!
Book: Numbering
All the Bones
Author: Ann Rinaldi

history. I loved it.
Book: Dreamland

Review: Invisible Man is a moving story about a black man living in America.
Book: A
Northern Light
Author: Jennifer Donnelly
Review: An exceptional book, except for some pretty stong language. Wonderful
historical story with a real life murder as Mattie tries to fulfill a promise
and finds out what to do in life.
Book: I
Have Lived a Thousand Years
Author: Livia Bitton-Jackson
Review: I have lived a thousand years an autobiography about a Jewish girl
who lived through the holocaust. It really shocked me all the things they had
to go through in the prison camps. When the Ellie(the author) was liberated
a german woman said to her that it was a miricle that Ellie had survived the
camps "at her age" the woman thought that the author was in her 80's
or 90's but the author was acctually 14. It was a wonderfull book that I advise
anyone to read.
Book: A
Time For Dancing
Author: Davida Hurwin
Review:This is a great book about two girls journies/troubles with love, family,
and cancer. This book will make you laugh, cry, and leave you thinking about
the best things in life.
Book: Second
Summer of the Sisterhood
Author: Ann Brashares
Review: Ann Brashares, winner of the 2004 Sequoyah Young Adult Award, has the
new sequal to the Sisterhood. I did not like this book as much as the first
because the Septembers did not go very many different places. I would suggest
the Sisterhood Series though.
