Homemade Holiday Fun with J-TAG

Are you a 6th-12th grader? Would you like to be more involved with your library? Decide on teen programming? Have fun with other teens and socialize? Then J-TAG (Jenks Teen Advisory Group) could be for you! We are hosting a December Holiday party on Tuesday Dec. 13th from 4:00-5:00pm. Romney Nesbitt will lead the group in making homemade holiday cards. So forget last minute shopping and join us instead to make a unique gift for your loved ones. Holiday refreshments will be provided!

November is bookface month at BA! What is bookface?

Book Face [book feys] n:

When a person obscures or augments any part of their body with a book cover, causing an illusion.

Through the month of November, we are holding a contest for the most creative bookface photo. To enter, use any book to make your own bookface picture (be creative!) Email your picture to ba at tulsalibrary dot org. Anyone who lives in Broken Arrow or has a Tulsa City-County library card can enter.
