Join The Schusterman-Benson Teen Advisory Board

Are you a tween or teen interested in making a difference in your community?  Do you want to see programs at your library that we do not offer?  Do you like to eat?  If you answered yes to at leat two of these questions then sign up and become a part of Schusterman-Benson's advisory board!  We will discuss books, plan programs that YOU want,work on displays all the while enjoying refreshments!  You can sign up by calling the Schusterman library, emailing me or filling out this form attached and bring it in. For ages 12-18

Join Jenks Teen Advisory Group (J-TAG)

What do members of J-TAG do?

  • Meet once a month to help with library programming
  • Eaching meeting features gaming or other activities as well as refreshments
  • Meet other teens and socialize
  • Members can earn volunteer hours for serving on J-TAG

6th through 12th graders (or 12-18 year old) can join. For an application and more information, contact the Jenks Library. Make an impact by joining!

P.H.A.T. (Peggy Helmerich Advisory Teens) is a teen (13-18) group that meets once a month to socialize and help plan library services for teens. Every meeting is accompanied by gaming, crafts,  or other activities, as well as snacks!

You are guaranteed to have fun AND earn community service hours for every meeting!

Join the Jenks Teen Advisory Group (J-TAG) for Game Night Tuesday Nov. 8th from 4:00-5:00 at the Jenks Library. Teens have your voice heard. We will be deciding on programming for January and February as well as discussing our December Holiday Party. Afterward we will raid the board game closet including Apples to Apples, Scrabble, Settlers of Catan and more! There will be prizes and refreshments. Any 6th-12th graders are welcome.
