Fandom Cosplay Geekdom - Don't Cosplay with my Heart

GREAT read indeed! The sideline story of Team Tomorrow pulls this story together.  Our hero, Edan/Gargantua is one powerful young lady! Her family is flailing, her BFF is away, her boyfriend is questionable, her story is real.  Castellucci is spot on with the cosplay scene and it comes across in this page turner of a story, as is stated: "all is fair in love and fandom."  Find an afternoon, you will sail through this book in no time, I did!

Dinan's first published novel for teen readers is quite a ride.

Think - "the breakfast club" meets Oceans 11 and forms a close-knit ragtag group of chaos.

Max discovers that what you think you see is NOT what you get.

This book is on the Young Adult list for the topten reads for 2017, read it and laff out loud.

Six Feet Over It - Not your typical after school job

Jennifer Longo's debut YA read is mysterious, frenetic, dark and sardonic!

Imagine having an afterschool job at your local cemetery. That is what happens to Leigh when her father buys a graveyard. She is literally surrounded by death everyday and only by happenstance, she finds someone in the cemetery that she knew.  This realistic read is at times, way out there; so grab a bag of junior mints and a box of kleenix for this one.

A story of loss, friendship, coming of age TO drive and death.

I'll be there - not the song, well yes, the song, TOO!

Do you like music? Sam does, Emily not so much. Emily, Sam and Riddle have a destiny ahead of them, an extrodinary connection! This realistic book tells about families of many variations and friendship, too! Quite an emotional read, 4 stars ****
